what are the best ctb methods for when you don’t have pills/things to ctb with?

this is just a question - what are the best ctb methods when you don't have access to pills/drugs, rope, etc?
i just want to ctb but i want to make sure i'm dead but also i want to go in a painless way.

I don't really get why things like N and SN are being suggested when the OP says they have no supplies and are looking for a method which doesn't need any supplies. Not everyone can just easily access methods like that anyway, suicide really is so unnecessarily difficult in this world, but if there was a painless, easy, reliable way that didn't require any supplies and was guaranteed to leave someone dead then this site would never need to exist. A method like that would be far too good to be true in this anti-suicide society, I wish that suicide was that easy but it isn't.

yeah. i agree. i also live in a country where non-fatal suicide is illegal which is why i need to finish the job completely. it's an exhausting world we live in.

By your logic, there are no best ctb in this entire world to do without buying anything lol, ctb is expensive and takes time too, op asked for the best methods available so these are the best methods available !

There are no best ctb methods available to do without buying anything, even for co with charcoal you need to buy charcoal lol, let be honest to do painless and peaceful ctb you need money and time!
