I'm likely not going to use household chemicals but if all else fails I might resort to doing so.
I don't care if it's painful I just want something for my backup for the backup plan.
What are some chemicals or chemical mixtures I can use that will 100% cause me to ctb?

None. They might kill you, they might leave you in crippling pain and lead to lifelong complications. Generally speaking - antifreeze, bleach, and drain cleaners are usually considered the most dangerous. Mixing bleach and ammonia creates a potentially fatal gas. But these are simply not guaranteed and the pain you would be in is unimaginable.
