Help What adapter is needed? scuba method for those living in US

I purchased a "CGA-320 to CGA-580 Adapter, Carbon Dioxide Bottom to Argon Nitrogen Regulator Flowmeter Thread Converter" and was unsure if that worked for US based individuals looking to CTB using gas monkeys Scuba method. Does anyone happen to know? The threads describe what's needed for UK and European cylinders but not for fittings in conjunction with this countries cylinder/adapter requirements.

As i understand u are connecting cylinder, dual pressue meter, flow meter, mask

i had difficulty with this setup so i fixed a simpler setup of (cylinder + flow meter + mask) which uses 5mm oxygen tube to connect flow meter output and mask which i placed in an exit bag. im using 5mm tube instead of 5/8 inch tube because 5mm according to its specification can carry 30lpa flow
