Help Western Union Payment Step by Step

Hello Everybody.
Can someone please explain me how I send D money via Western Union.
A step by step guide, which information I need and what I have to do.
I'm in Europe so I have € (Euros).
How is the exchange to Dollars made?
Please be gentle with me I'm almost vegetable. :D :(

Assuming you are trying to get N from D............................You DON'T want to be sending D any money. D no longer is selling N. You'd be wasting your money. There is no way to get N from anyone at the moment, and there may not ever be. Sorry.

it's true what @locked*n*loaded says. Since last year D no longer sells, currently there is no reliable seller to buy N.

Can't help you there. There is a euro source but I don't live in europe so I don't know what it is
