Discussion Weird idea I have about what happens after death. Tell me if I am a conspiracy theorist or not.

I have thought through what that could happen after death. I was first a Catholic and now becoming more and more atheist and not believing in a God and believing more that after death is permanent non-existence but I have thought of this weird idea of what could happen and is not spiritual or religious and uses a atheist standpoint. I have no idea if others have thought of this idea before or whether this has name so if its been said before tell me. Education and info dump on me if I am at all stupid or you have critiques and counterarguments in what I have to say.

So the consciousnesses is caused by the brain and that's made of atoms which were created from food such as plants or animals.

Does that mean part of our consciousness is made from food and previous life forms?

Are parts of a cow's consciousness part of a meat eater's consciousnesses?

Does that mean my consciousness will be spit up into different life forms' consciousnesses after I die?

As atoms and energy can't be destroyed but only transferred, does that mean consciousnesses can't be destroyed as well?

Or is consciousnesses just different kind of energy and any energy can be used to potential make new consciousnesses?

DOES EVERYTHING HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO MADE INTO A CONSCIOUSNESS?!

ARE DIFFERENT PARTS OF MY MIND GOING TO EXPERIENCE DIFFERENT LIVES IN THE FUTURE?!

IS MY MIND MADE OF DIFFERENT PARTS OF PREVIOUS LIFE FORMS?!

Or am I crazy and stupid? I probably am.

Consciouness isn't a type of energy, rather it just refers to varying degrees of awareness. Consciousness specifically stems from certain neurobiological processes and once you die that is it. Your consciousness isn't going to be split up and spread out, it will just be gone because the things that caused it in the first place aren't functioning anymore. Atoms themselves aren't conscious.

I have reasonable confidence in what will happen immediately thanks to a NDE but what happens after that is anyone's guess.

My experience in the car accident was what I feel as "me", let's call it consciousness as it kind of fits because the body itself was unconscious, left the body and hovered above it. I could see my body, the car, the bridge it had fallen off, the other car that hit us, the traffic that was starting to back up, the other people in the scene, kinda like I was in a drone above it all. The most striking aspect of this was I didn't care about my body, or even the other humans, any more than anything else in the scene. It was all just part of the furniture so to speak - there was no identification with the body as me or special or important at all. When I was ultimately pulled back into it, it was a disappointment.

Anyway that's what I expect happens to everyone when they die immediately. I've read up on NDEs since and they're all remarkably consistent on that. What happens after that is anyone's guess, although it seems to me the least likely answer is nothing. I suspect your instinct is correct that consciousness cannot be destroyed.

A parliament. Technically, a parliament is not exactly the chairs, or even the people, it's an idea. But let's take something different then, a school classroom. If you take a desk from it, and put it in your home, do you happen to be on school turf? Or a part of school? Not really, school only comes into existence when everything is combined. YOU ARE CRAZY!! no but seriously that's an interesting thought. I tend to think about what happens a lot after and my thoughts go from: nothingness to reincarnation to waking up from a simulation. So basically the most realistic thing to the most unrealistic thing. I could think about it for hours, lmao.

I think a desk could be a symbol of a school and remind you of school. Or bring up bad/good emotions from school if shown to your consciousness.

But when you eat the cow, you're not eating atoms, mostly. You're eating molecules which are able to provide you with energy when made to chemically react inside your body. I think they correspond to taking the desk apart and looking at screws, washers and other metal parts.

However, some of the molecules can also carry messages which your body might decode and send to your brain in one way or another, like it is suspected for the mad cow disease as far as I know. In that case, you could transfer disturbances in consciousness from one being to another.

Also, we don't normally eat cow brains as far as I know :-)

I think a big reason of why so many of us are here, is because we have lost purpose. I don't consider myself very religious, but I do believe there is something more.

I have started the creation of a new Mythos/guidebook for people.

To give myself purpose. To see if maybe humans can see each other as the same, rather than separate.

To see if some destructive cycles/loops/patterns can be broken.

I'm just midwit level person, but I might have enough madness in my mind, emptiness/wanting in my "soul, no real life goal or purpose that I can really delve deep on this.

Here is a first story. Any feedback or ideas on this are very much wanted, as I am very lost and I also think what I am trying to do is an impossible task.

Also it's for everyone and thus want to be open/transparent/take notes from everyone.

In the end, it is still my personal idea/story, so I will have final decision/will keep going on in my way. However I also don't own this/want to own this. So if you have your own ideas/think I am wrong/whatever you can do your own thing and take from my thing what you want.

Just my two cents.

I don't really care about specific style or structure right now.

I just want to crank out a first rough draft one cycle failing? (Not really failing as there is no failing or succeeding. There just is.).

I need to get this out of my brain and on paper. Later I can deal with specifics/stylistic choices. Or you can rewrite/create your own. I think that would be good as that is kind of how it works I think. I don't know. Just something I have recognized in all aspects of my life, seems to be a consistent thing in everything.

I don't know. Sorry I don't want to be dismissive of your feedback. I am just screaming into this digital/real life void. I think with the use of programming/AI, there is a shot at doing this. But I might also just be in my own cycle.

I am using programming to keep an overview on this, but since I am not a very good programmer/that part is also is in it's early phases, I am not gonna share too much yet.

I see, but I do not see forever. I am just man like you and everyone else. I am just matter like everything else is. I am just part of greater whole as everything else.

What is something, what is nothing, what is anything? Are these just labels/ideas/separations?


Keep in mind I have diagnosis of ADHD/dysthymia/acute depressions, but I have a suspicion of bipolar disorder/manic depression. However these are also just labels and cycles.

Also I was very heavily into drugs as a teenager, so I might just have broken my mind as the idea of my creator does in my story.

I also don't have a formal education/quit school at a young age and don't understand anything about science outside of surface level stuff. Also am not interested in this.

Have read a lot. Have seen a lot. Have recognised things. Have seen pattern.

Need to get madness/thoughts/cycles out of mind.

Need to fill hole in soul with Purpose.

I think I am rational in that I can recognize this in myself, but then again, what is rational? What is I? What is thinking? What is myself? What is what? What is is? What is? Is is? Is it is?

And so on and so on and so on.

Sorry for rantings/ramblings. Once I start going I can keep going until infinity and beyond.
