Ctb or not we are all going to die in the end.
How do you deal with this fact?
For me it's liberating.
First of all I know that everyone who has wronged me will die eventually.
Second I know that all the guys with cute gfs (I don't have a gf) will die eventually so I have no reason to envy them.

Dying in the end might be a bit too late. I'd hate it if I went through my entire life, struggling, depressed, miserable. I imagine I would be so pissed when natural death finally approaches. To endure all that... and for what? Of course we all die eventually. And thank god for that! But right now this doesn't bring me any solace.

That fact comforts me. Whatever happens, death is inevitable, we will all die eventually. Death makes all life meaningless and it is the solution to all of my problems. We will all be forgotten someday and things that appear to matter now, eventually wont.

I read that when Steve Jobs died his last words were 'Oh Wow. Oh Wow'. So maybe its a release from the cycle of life that Indian religions talk about. That life is the hard struggle. Death is the freedom from that struggle. I dont know but it makes me think.

I used to say this to myself as a kid to get through stressful situations. I'd tell myself "it's ok you're going to die one day and it'll all be over"
