I did, but no method is viable here in my country. The only one that is somewhat feasible for me is hanging. But I tried multiple times and didn't succeed.

I live in Chile and have a few possibilities with what's in the farewell wiki, since I can buy prescription medication at a feria without needing the prescription, maybe there's something similar near you as well? People usually go to buy secondhand clothing, black market imported cigarettes and benzos.
