I tried it the other day all I managed was 4 litres just had a bit of a headache and felt sleepy.
Tried it again with 6 litres. I had a headache even though I took paracetamol, my arms felt super heavy and very cold and tingly, had diarrhoea too.
Woke up this morning feeling a bit spaced out so I ate something salty to get some sodium back in my body.
I tried it being an accessible method not fully expecting it to work but was okay if it did. But I'm still here.
