• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have very mixed feelings, it seems like I want to go back, but it feels like it no longer brings me the relief it used to... Plus I realized how annoying the wounds are after a couple of hours, annoyingly rubbing against clothes or itching... I'll try but idk really..

I would say dont do it. It is basicly the whole point of self harm to feel some sort of relief.

i totally understand how you feel. i would say not to if you can control your urges. after i stopped doing it, i would continue to get urges every once in a while. every few months i would just SH once, until i found it barely did anything for me. so i just held out not doing it and now i don't have urges anymore. it take a while though, about a year for me. i believe in you though good luck! <3
