Want to CTB tonight and feeling lonely

Ive been going back and forth for a month now and putting off CTB. I know in my heart i need to do this but I'm just anxious. I have my method ready. Partial suspension and ive tested it and got some drink to calm my nerves. I just wanna talk to someone who understands me before i go, feeling a bit lonely atm. Struggling with a chronic illness and thats my reason for ctb , i don't actually want to but i don't want to live like this . My inbox is open x
