Wanna be reincarnated, disembodied, alive

In HS I spent a fair share of time just staring out the window and watching the birds. I used to feed frogs worms. I volunteered at a sanctuary where I let cows lick me even though their tongues were rough and painful like sandpaper.

All the animals I've ever met were so, so beautiful and alive. I wish I could be like them. I really think I'm better suited to a reptilian existence. Or something.

I don't even hate being alive. I hate being a hominid.
