Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've been trying to find suicide methods for months. And I just realised now that we have a train that comes in and out like four times a day. It's one of those old ones so I could lay my head on the tracks and pull a rina, I'm very happy.

That will certainly not be pleasant though. There is a good chance you'll be conscious for a few seconds and still experience not only pain but an insane existentially torturous state

Yes? Our brains/bodies are not like a computer. The beheading will happen in probably the 100s of ms at most, and brain coherence allowing for consciousness will probably persist for 1-2 seconds at least (the unconsciousness here would occur due to stagnant hypoxia aka. no new oxygen-containing blood being cycled through the brain)
.. Also because the main force would not hit the head directly, meaning a knock-out and pretty much instant decoherence of the processes required for maintaining consciousness, would be unlikely.

This seems unlikely. Your brainstem only needs very moderate disturbance for you to lose consciousness. A train is way more powerful than other things that we know can create this disturbance and cause you to lose consciousness pretty much instantly, like for example a baseball bat to the back of your neck. A train would not need to directly hit your head for you to be knocked out.
suicide w/ trains is pretty risky. the person above me can attest to that, at least. you have to really hope it actually kills you and doesn't just cut you in half and leave you there to bleed out, and the police or any concerned citizens have to avoid finding you

If the brain remains conscious for a few seconds there likely will be no pain though, due to the shock probably only some confusion maybe.
As for "not pleasant," I think that would be asking too much, you can want it to be reasonably quick and painless, but dying usually isn't pleasant. Maybe once you're out of the body and crossed over, but not the process itself.

I'm thinking about going at night and just waiting. It would be pretty unlucky for a citizen to find me, and embarrassing. As for it cutting me in half I think it's kind of unlikely. If I backed out last second then maybe, but I'm going to lay so my neck will be ran over.

If you guys want to decapitate yourselves, have you read about the Decapitation method via car and tree on SaSu? It seems very convincing in terms of "no pain" at all due to the sheer physics of it all. If you don't have a car, maybe rent one or ask to borrow.

It doesn't require a direct hit on the brainstem. Even just a violent shaking of it can render you unconscious, hence why a hard strike to the back of the neck is frequently enough to knock someone out cold.
Excluding everything else, it would still probably take at least a second until you're out. (I have hit a good spot with ligature strangulation while testing it out, and I was almost completely gone very very quick, but for sure not instant)

But we are talking decapitation here, and depending on how clean it is, I really would not count on that. At least 1-2 seconds of - maybe heavily fragmented - awareness would be insanely torturous.
Also remember of how no people come back from a full decapitation, so there is nobody to tell the tale of what happens inside their mind during it

The entire body head will be in shock, doesn't really matter how your mindset is at that point I would assume, the injury will be severe enough on its own.
I have experienced horrendous brain states from psych drug damage (also seizure-ish depersonalization, etc..) 2 seconds of that alone is worse - not counting pain responses - than anything you probably ever experienced yourself and a rule I've learned is that there is essentially no limit on how much torture a conscious being can experience.. 2 seconds right after choosing to kill yourself, and having terror and survival instinct kick in, while you're still conscious after having been brutally decapitated, might be able to top that lol
I have seen a video on a gore website, where a guy commited suicide by throwing his head in a band saw, and he cut off 1/3 of his brain, and was still conscious for like half a minute, even touching his bare brain with his own hands...

Shock is nothing bad, in the contrary, its purpose is protective. People with absolutely horrendous injuries initially don't feel any pain due to shock.
Psych drugs are a very different matter, also psychedelic drugs can put you in an anomalous mind state where very short timespans are stretched into an eternity. But such states are artificially induced, while the body's and brain's natural responses are aimed at minimizing agony as much as possible.
So I'd agree with 50/50 that 2 seconds are very manageable.

A blow from a train wheel causing instant decapitation, would be many times harder force on your neck than being whacked with a baseball bat or iron bar etc. so I don't see how anyone could remain conscious if people lose consciousness instantly from those weaker blows.
I've seen videos of cattle being struck by trains. The power is immense, they literally explode on contact. It's definitely possible if the train went over your torso or legs etc. but on the neck I would think it's very likely to be instant lights out.
