Wow this is my first time positing here in a while does anyone know how to make yourself vomit?

I'm pretty sure you can still buy Syrup of Ipecac at pharmacies. It's otc, but you'll have to ask for it because it's kept behind the counter.

brush the back of my throat/tongue with the bristle side of a toothbrush until I gag, then as I'm gagging I use the bottom of the toothbrush until I vom lol

if you squat/bare down while shoving a finger into your mouth/toothbrush back into throat/gargling salt water/whatever you are using to do so, it can make the process faster. usually whenever i do that i wrap a bit of toilet paper around my finger [partly because im trying to avoid calluses on my knuckles where other people may notice and i dont really like saliva, but it probably doesn't really do much for that] and because the mouth is a bit soggy, the toilet paper may disintegrate a bit to where it comes off your finger but a little stays back in your throat which can make you gag and throw up a bit easier, and some forceful coughing while whatever method you choose to do, i am unsure how to explain it besides a harsh cough that you can feel come up from your throat and go out your mouth particularly forceful, as opposed to a normal light cough. syrup of ipecac is a little hard to get [at least where i'm at] so i can't say much for that

I always use mustard + water, but i wouldn't recommend it as i've heard it can cause harm like irritation of the stomach lining or inhaling vomit into the lungs

I just figured I should know how to just incense I make a decision I regret yk?
