I've done quite a bit of research and work into this area and I lot of this information has helped. I've found this to be one of the most comprehensive and helpful talks about the issues involved. Listen to it when you have some spare time or have it on in the background while you are doing something else, I whole heartedly reccomend it if you are trying to heal.



ADDED - I Just wanted to add that the first couple of minutes may sound a little bit like victim blaming, but that is really not what they are doing, if you keep listening you will see they are really empathatic.
