Things got considerably worse I can't hold on to live, my anxiety is eating me alive every minute of existence is pain, I need to ctb next week.
I ordered flow regulator, tubing and a turkey bag. On Monday I will get a 10l argon bottle, which connects to the regulator and then to the tubing.
I am thinking of just setting flow rate a bit higher and use a motorcycle helmet and seal some of the Cracks IT naturally has.
Idea is that pressure inside the helmet is a.bit higher than outside so it keeps flushing everything out. I would probably lie down and fix myself with lots of pillows .
Any thoughts to the motorcycle helmet
