For the salt, it should be around a 1+1/2 tablespoons, so maybe you can measure it with the palm of your hand or something? As for water, 50ml should be around a fifth of a glass. Does that help? I can't really send pictures right now.

hopefully some of these work wishing you luck. i understand the situation your in but i recommend you don't do anything impulsively as it might cause you to fail, then ruin you SN.

Yeah, I'd second not doing anything impulsive. Keep in mind you're already in a hospital, and that basically means it's the best situation for survival.
