Update: Turns out I can't get a PO Box. Will USPS hold SN/International Delivery??

I don't think I could get a PO Box, the only way is I need my voter registration card but I got no idea how to get that, think it's too late. Cannot have anyone else find out what SN is, anyone know if they'll hold my package??? (and how i can do that?)
Well shit it looks like it holds ALL mail and there's a chance it's delivered anyways.... hm...
Oh! "Hold for Pickup Service" it looks like before I buy DMC I could get them to hold it at the Post office and not send it to me

I would think if any authorities were going to sniff it out and follow up about it by coming to your residence, then it wouldn't even make it through customs to your local post office in the first place. If it does make it through, I wouldn't even really worry about it. I don't open the door for anyone who isn't a relative, anyway, and sure as shit wouldn't open for cops.

I never heard of needing a voter registration card to get a PO box. A drivers license maybe. I had one before for "other" purposes and know I didn't have a voter registration card.

I need two forms of ID: One like a drivers license and a secondary form where it proves my permanent residency. My bills aren't in my name. Unless I'm missing something?

I live in an extremely small rural town, where the only option is a PO box, as USPS doesn't deliver to your house. I have been in some strange situations trying to get PO boxes before when brand new to a town without any established bills/ID with my current physical address on it. Whose name are your bills in? If it's a landlord, you might be able to explain to the landlord that you need a PO box for a side hustle or something, and ask if they can write a letter or verify your address in person if needed. This has worked for me before. If your bills are in a partner's name, you might need to bring them with you when setting it up (of course, you'll have to make up a lie for why you need the PO box and then check it before they get a chance). This has also worked for me. If your bills are in your parents' name, I don't know... Maybe someone else will be able to help? I wish you the best of luck, in any case.

DMC marking as "Hold for customer pick up" (Much harder because he has to do it, since it's a international package compared to doing it on USPS)
If not I'll try UPS mailbox

Yeah, sorry, I might have misread your post.
I think "Hold for customer pickup" would just be instructions for your local post office to hold onto it until you come to get it instead of delivering it to your mailbox. This is a fairly normal instruction for packages when people are going to be out of town, or just don't want something dropped off when they're not home. DMC might be putting that instruction on because you're ordering a product that probably shouldn't sit on your doorstep all day while you're at school or work (not sure about this of course; just a conjecture--those who have successfully ordered from them can perhaps shed light on this). You shouldn't need a PO box for this; you should just be able to go to the post office and get it from them. If you live in a bigger place where your local post office workers don't know you, you might need to show an ID or something. I've never had a problem with my drivers license not matching my street address (I move around a lot so it rarely does), but if they get uppity about it, just explaining your living situation will usually help. Even if they want to be very difficult about it, they should be able to tell you what you need to do in order to access the package. Hope that helps.

Yeah I live in a big city so I probably will bring my ID and explain that I moved a few months after...
I talked with USPS and they said internationally it would be the sender that would have to mark it, waiting for a reply from DMC. I don't live alone so I'd rather not anyone pry if they find it first. I don't think DMC put's it on there by default.
