Help Unexplained bruising

I have lots of self harm bruises and have been lying to everyone that they are unexplained and that I am either anemic or am taking too much aspirin or don't have enough vitamin C and are stressed. Today I'm going to see doctors for it and I don't know how I can make it seem like my bruising is unexplained and due to some other health problem…
