Hello - first post here.
Does anyone know much about inquests in the UK?
Specifically im wondering about how much detail would be revealed at an inquest from my medical records (i.e. NHS mental health services) and especially what questions / how much detail would be asked from my private therapist?
I know it probably sounds stupid but i dont mind the obvious being stated (that i have depression etc) but really wouldnt want the triggers behind my depression to be brought out publicly like that (specifically past traumatic events etc that have led to mental health problems).
What would a counsellor be legally required to disclose? Would they have to give details of things i had discussed in the appointments or just that they were seeing me for low mood etc?
Thanks for any help.
