Uk - CTR when you keep trying CTB

I see my cpn in half hour. She wants to discuss CTR. Not sure really what it is or what she wants. Is this a way for her get rid of me? I think so?

I continuously have ctb feelings and attempts which have landed me hosp etc. and she is now also aware of my SN orders.

I don't understand what this thing is. Is it so I don't go back to hospital? Hospital was helpful and I think it could be again

This is from the UK NHS site, it's basically a treatment approach aimed at keeping mental patients out of Hospital, or ensuring as short a Hospital stay as possible.
Like most UK NHS procedures the treatment offered is based on keeping the costs as low as possible.
