I think its finally time to stop hurting everyone, I have lived a very good life and there's no need to continue anymore because it all just pain ahead and i dont really know what to say anymore but I'll focusing cbt so here's details

I'll book a room for 2 days


1 hour before drinking SN 600mg of Ibuprofen for pain relief
45 minutes before 3 X 10mg of ondansetron for vomiting
Sadly I couldn't get any benzo
Then drink SN

Please let me know that its going to work its okay if its a bit of a painful

I guess your plan didn't go so well, or did you decide to wait? I have a very similar plan so wondering how it went for you. Not wanting to leave anything to chance next time.

Yes i have been fasting and its been 12 hours i didn't ate anything
