• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Even though I suffer very very severe depression I can no longer cope with chronic isolation and being at home all the time. I'm trying to get a job delivering for Amazon using an ebike.
I know it's a crummy job but my lifestyle is driving me insane. I'm not social at all so this is just about the only job I can do.
The mental health services told me to go to social gatherings with people also suffering mentally but I tried it once and hated it.
I don't need people or even friends I just need to be occupied.
If I do start work and I cannot cope then I'll definitely have to CTB. My existence has become hellish and I just think the world itself is absolutely repulsive.

Some types of volunteer work might be a starting point. You might be able to find something that has activity, but less social contact. It may even be something that can be scheduled to fit what you prefer.

I wish you the best of luck in getting a job. Sometimes it's better to seek a routine and structure instead of social contacts. Especially with other mentally unwell people

Good luck. If you can focus on your work it has a hidden side effect, people will say "wow that person is super motivated!" when in reality it may be "if I don't work I'm out".
