trying to beat agoraphobia

yesterday was the first time I went out of house again since march 30th it felt good but I had to use sunglasses, cap and earbuds in order to not feel too bad, it's exhausting to have that, I suffer from abulia so it's difficult for me to take steps with my own will, it's so hard I wish I could be another person anyways finally I could do it also I didn't do it alone I did with my mom

I'm really proud of you for that, i know that must've taken a lot of effort. But it's a huge step forward, especially after so long
