To the best of my knowledge SN effects are completely reversible ... No permanent damage. Someone can correct me if I m wrong. But the mental anguish at failing is the worst i guess... It needs a lot of guts to attempt ctb , let alone try again.
Also as black jack said we can discuss this on some other thread.
