Venting trying is embarrassing

everything always goes horribly wrong, it's humiliating. attempting anything is just so embarrassing because it fails each and every time. i just keep trying and trying, and nothing comes from it except for humiliation.
professionally, socially, personally, whatever—it doesn't matter because i fail at everything. even if it's unrelated to a goal, it will still end horribly.
even talking leads to embarrassment, venting leads to embarrassment, existing in the same space as another person leads to embarrassment. i just get talked over and ignored. attempting suicide is embarrassing, i'm still alive.

It's so unfortunate you feel that way and i wouldn't wish this feeling on anyone. It sounds so draining and disheartening and im so sorry it has led you to this point. Just to let you know, you made an effort to speak, and you were successful in doing so here. You're being heard. I'm listening, and what you're saying matters.
