They've labelled this incorrectly as a slipknot, but it's a noose knot. However, this happens to be the best way to tie one, so don't bother with the YouTube videos.
how do you make sure the knot doesn't untie? I tried partial and it untied so it definitely will untie when I go full cause that's what I plan on doing
