Tried 10mg meto before meal, holy anxiety!

Made me super anxious, Def need to pair with benzos. Anyone else feel this? My dopamine is all messed up and it did help gi tract digestion but whoa, wanted to crawl out of skin and jump in front of bus.

Need more benzos than need to follow thru with SN. But glad I know now to counteract meto with benzos

It's because my brain is fried I'm pretty sure, like I don't feel drugs same way anymore, I need to exit I guess I'll try to counteract this with alpt of benzos
