I thought I posted this yesterday but does anyone know any fast trains that go through London stations that are most lethal?

I really am feeling so desperate. There is no safe space for me anymore. I cant perform at work and I have no purpose. My anxiety is constant and i cannot function. I'm begging someone, anyone help me with a suggestion if any of you have done any research into this.
