what I really don't understand is this need to tweak something that isn't broken. how many people have died of SN?
The good faith assumption I have is that while SN's efficiency to kill is not in question, he's just trying to make it a smoother experience? For example make loss of consciousness quicker than before, reduce severity of symptoms etc. To make a crude analogy, It's kind of how you'd tweak picture or sound parameters (contrast, brightness etc) on your TV until you find it optimal. Really stretching my good faith thin though.

The part that gets me about the change is that we try and reduce water intake so much, what with the 2 hour liquid fast, 50 ml for SN and such. Now there's an entire additional drink with enough water to dissolve FIFTY frickin tablets? Also as someone else said, the vomit potential is so much higher now IMO. In an earlier non-SN attempt, I took just 10x zolpidem after ~8h fast (dissolved powder in water like here) and puked it all out within 30 min. Sucks man.

I just want to die. This stuff is becoming confusing. Makes me want to go back to the original plan which was full suspension. Seems way easier. Once I kick the chair it's over with.

I think these are really good posts from you 2 . i also think drinking a 2nd glass of water mixed with 20 pills of Oxazepam after SN would greatly increase the chance of puking and so ruining the SN attempt. And it is 20 times the dosage for Oxazepam.
I personally wouldn't take such a large amount of benzos after SN just to puke it all out.

I also found this gem on wikipedia re benzos about paradoxical reactions (emphasis mine). This seems more dangerous than just puking the benzos out. I wonder if the good doctor took this into account? Maybe the heavy dosage of benzos is so it affects older people already on a significant dose (and so people with less/no tolerance can reduce it)? Maybe it wouldn't matter since SN would be doing its thing and prevent potential Hulk-mode from the heavy benzo dosage? Questions, questions...

I'm losing it. I'm so close to my ctb date, and I'm fucking losing it.

Benzodiazepines, a class of psychoactive drugs called the "minor" tranquilizers, have varying hypnotic, sedative, anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, and muscle relaxing properties, but they may create the exact opposite effects. Susceptible individuals may respond to benzodiazepine treatment with an increase in anxiety, aggressiveness, agitation, confusion, disinhibition, loss of impulse control, talkativeness, violent behavior, and even convulsions. Paradoxical adverse effects may even lead to criminal behavior. Severe behavioral changes resulting from benzodiazepines have been reported including mania, schizophrenia, anger, impulsivity, and hypomania.

Paradoxical rage reactions due to benzodiazepines occur as a result of an altered level of consciousness, which generates automatic behaviors, anterograde amnesia and uninhibited aggression. These aggressive reactions may be caused by a disinhibiting serotonergic mechanism.

Paradoxical effects of benzodiazepines appear to be dose related, that is, likelier to occur with higher doses

Well, shit. I'm gonna have to modify my regimen again. I think PPH is getting close to Stan's regimen though, which is a good thing for us. I noticed that he has dropped the 8mg ondansetron in AE too.

This exactly 😒. I even bought a backup propranolol strip just yesterday for a 2nd cup. FML. PPH initially had 2gm propranolol which was nuts, then it got to 800mg, then 400mg, now it's completely gone. I have no idea what he's doing and I'm starting to believe some of the conspiracy theories around this guy.

I noticed it too, and I'm not even a native English speaker, let alone someone with writing background! Certainly reduces the professionalism of the whole thing, but could be because it is (mostly) a one-person operation? Or at least he may not have professional editors / proofreaders etc. If you read the PPH in entirety, he also tends to ramble a lot. A good 25 pages of material can be excised easily imo.

@Dying2DieDamnSI thank you so much for the post!
What are the conspiracy theories around him if I may ask?

I will just chime in and say this seems a bit sketchy. Stan's guide still remains the tried and true formula for catching the bus, although, I think there still may be the possibility for its improvement. But this new PPH advice seems a bit far from our tested source, so I remain skeptical as to how it holds water. I plan to stick to the bare basics of SN, water, meto, and ibuprofen. I don't want to be the one who tests out this new advice personally.

How long before he says SN isn't needed and advises shooting yourself lmao I don't trust this guy

How long before he says CTB is a permanent solution to a temporary problem?

Antacids aren't recommended I believe because NO is a vasodilator which should cause one to go unconscious quicker. IDK though. I'm dumb.

Yeah but Stan was also probably a lot of his information from the PPH as well
SN will kill you either way. I may still use an antacid just because but idk. I do know I have meto and zofran and will definitely be using both of them.

Antacid is supposed to improve SN ansorption by intestine reducing amount of nitrite turning into nitrate but Shu was saying multiple times that antacid makes it counterproductive. I didn't jot down and forgot the details. I will take antacid either way since I have it.

The part that gets me about the change is that we try and reduce water intake so much, what with the 2 hour liquid fast, 50 ml for SN and such. Now there's an entire additional drink with enough water to dissolve FIFTY frickin tablets?

What if there was some context to it that we don't know? Maybe it was intended for people in different circumstances that allow room for error in a contrast to our situation where we can't afford failure?

I appreciate their efforts to refine amd make procedure better but that's a lot tablets to take. The best improvement would be to find a way to increase time to keep SN down without vomiting so you won't even have to consider second glass.

What are the conspiracy theories around him if I may ask?

What about Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to prevent potential extrapyramidal symptoms or tardive diskynesia from Meto?
Extrapyramidal symptoms and TD only occur with long term use of Meto if they are to occur. They are rare side effects.

Why will you take ibuprofen

Knew someone who took 20mg in static dose and freaked out because something happened to her neck that she had to go to hospital.

Glad I spent months searching for these things specifically by name, setting up crypto and being forced to be involved in shady internet pharmacies and tor browser dark web stores to get all these prescription meds I no longer need.

Guess I'll start my hunt for oxezapam. Hopefully a new update doesn't come out in a few months saying not to take it once it's finally in my possession.
Oh no... I can't do it all. Can't our site owner order it make kits & send them hidden in teddy bears & stuff? Or some hacker reading pm. We'd pm to ourself our coordonates? God why is it so hard! Even the psych ward doesn't want me & the suicide hotline calls me a liar about my suffering... I want out...

. I'm not the smartest person when it comes to this kind of stuff I've just been reading what PN is saying. There's so much conflicting information that it's become so confusing. Stan has this entire paragraph explaining how Nitrite is converted into nitrate and NO etc and that is not what you want. PN says that you do want NO produced. It is a vasodilator and will probably make you lose consciousness quicker. Although @Jrmull1993 we're sharing some information the other day saying that nitrite is not converted into nitrate in our body (don't know if the sources are legit at all they didn't seem like it)

Way too much benzos; probably OD on the benzos alone!!
It's almost impossible to overdose on benzos alone. With alcohol it's uncertain but achievable.

Thanks for sharig the first Essentials' snippet ...finally! It was about time

SN is not my method but that developpement on the benzo OD is itching my nose

My questionning is the timing of intake of the benzos, at the same time than the SN itself. Isn't this time schedule too late to pass out or feel "lights out" or attenuated symptoms of the SN ?
In fact, when I take Diazepam for instance, it takes me quite a long time to feel the effects, close to 45 minutes personally.
Oxazepam also does not seem more short acting unike Midazolam.

Guenine question, is it assumed that taking 1 or 5 versus 30 benzo pills will make you feel the effects way sooner ? It does not seem necessarily super logical to me, but especially to which extent ? If 1 pill takes 30 to 45 minutes to usually ignite with its "soothing" effets, is it to expect realistically than 30 of the pills would boot in much less time like 10 to 20 minutes ? If someone knows...

Lastly, does ingesting so many benzo pills push forward higher changes of vomit ? Here maybe I'm wrong, because the DDMAh cocktail includes an even higher overkill quantity of benzo (Diazepam) and it does not seem a concern. Forgive me. Not wanting to cast doubts, more like thinking out loud

Headache from SN? I had headache from 10mg meto tablet taken every 8 hours that lasted entire day. It was dull and in the same location.
I have read the blood drop can cause one to experience a headache along with dizziness, due to the fact it reduces blood flow if I am not mistaken.
