Risperidone overdose causes extrapyramidal effects but not cardiac toxicity - PubMed

Risperidone taken alone in overdose causes minimal effects. Tachycardia and dystonic reactions were the main features of toxicity. Significant cardiac and other neurological features seem to be uncommon.

Did a quick search and only read the abstracts, but overall seems it might be uncomfortable but not the end of the world, hopefully.
