I really, really want to but I'm so exhausted when I see posts about things like exit bags it just seems so complicated and I'm too depressed to actually take any of the information in? I can't even make myself read it

I certainly hate how it's purposely made so difficult to die in this anti-suicide society, ideally we should all just have the option to leave in peace without doing any method research. It's cruel how people have to struggle so much to die when they are already tired enough.
