I have nothing to fear i took the SN without even thinking about it so it's fairly easy.

so sorry you went through that. Did you test the sn ahead of time? Also in other threads where someone also threw up and had a bad reaction members encouraged them not to attempt immediately the next day. you need to find out if it was bad sn, had a reaction to the ae if you used one and give your body time to heal a bit before going again. I hope you're ok and you were able to get some rest after such a tough night

Fast for 8 hours before taking the sn
Only minimal water for swallowing big pills

Didn't prepare a second cup i don't understand the logic behind it

Where did you buy your sn?

Logic for second cup is when you drink sn your body will fight back by vomiting so you need to drink second cup to make sure you have lethal amount of sn in your system to kill you, Stan and ppeh both recommend this to take second cup

So you don't like to give your complete story on what medications you took, how it felt like after taking Sn, like the complete story from start to the finish?

I am asking because so I can add it to the unsuccessful cases with your complete story

I don't blame the SN process or SN because it is scientifically well documented method and a lot of members in this forum ctb using SN so you telling me all those are hoax

I just can't trust the people whether they did everything right or messed it up
