Today is my final day

It's 8 am now, I have lots to do today.

Taking my cat to a vet appointment this morning, have some cleaning to do, and then im getting lunch with my friend which will be my last meal.

I have a hotel room to go to after, where I'll go for a swim for awhile and then go set up the room. I am bringing a notebook to write as much as I can to get my final thoughts down on paper.

Then, after midnight, im going to take my SN and pass while looking at a mountain view.

I know i have panicked a lot but ultimately I feel good about my decision to leave after a couple good days. I want to feel peaceful, warm. And happy. Why wait until things get so bad again that it's impulsive and reckless? Everything is perfect for tonight.

I wont say im excited, but I feel strong and safe. Solid. Ready.

It's 1 pm now. Lunch plans turned into dinner plans so I might have to wait until 4 am or simply not fast the full 8 hours. Honestly the accounts I've heard of people not fasting seem to be fine, if anything less burning and nausea. We will see

I would recommend not deviating from the pph and guides on here re: protocol. the fast is included for good reason and 8 hours, id say is the minimum. if you have any doubts, it's ok to wait. the option isn't going anywhere. we're here for you
