I partly own a house with wife (we're on great terms)....
I have an amazing 14 year old cat that conforts me when needed....
I have a well paying job with plenty of room for savings...
Im in good shape and train at least 5 times a week and wouldn't say I'm unattractive and I do pretty well with the ladies but I just can't see any reason to carry on.
I feel like if done it all....brought a house, had plenty of nice cars, a perfect marriage, amazing holidays, loving pets.

What's left? I achieved everything in life. So what ist he point now?

To me all this is pointless compared to not existing at all. If I had only one wish to be granted it would be to literally just vanish from existence with a click of the fingers. Id take that over a billion dollars and the best health. Coz none of that will matter when you're old and crippled in pain with diseases
