Venting Tired of regret and embarrassment, I hate making unfixable mistakes

I am tired of laying in bed ashamed of my thoughts or past actions. But I can't stop because I think I deserve judgement.

I hate myself so badly and I don't know what to do.

If there was a button I could press to end it all, I would.

Your past actions don't dictate who you are right now, but how you feel. I've been there. Nowadays I'm just tired of this complicated life. And yes, that button is looking juicy.
