Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi,

I have been wondering recently about the assisted suicide method in Europe, for example in Belgium or Switzerland. It seems not lonely, and quite peaceful and doesn't hurt.

Does anyone have tips on what exactly I'd have to do to go through with it.

Thanks in advance.

For the record I'm polish, 25, and I suffer with severe anxiety and depression, as well as I'm autistic and ADHD somewhere on the spectrum with RSD. These thoughts come often every other week and in waves. I don't see a logical justification to keep living that would be more logical than dying if one wants to avoid suffering.

@pusheen Every organization in this field operates differently. It is really extremely heterogeneous. The only common thing is that there will be fees, either for membership beforehand or for the assistance or for both. It is best to contact them (anonymously) directly. In general one advice maybe would be to begin as early as possible with this "method"(contact phase), since it is about communication and convincement and because there can be waiting lists.

It will be extremely expensive and difficult to get approval from Dignitas, Exit, Pegasos, etc. with no. physical disability, even if they claim anyone can apply on paper. And at 25? No chance. They will tell you that you are "too young". (Not to mention the cost.) You are better off reading up and choosing one of the methods on the website.
