Help Tips for taking SN without antimetics?

I can get SN without any problem here in my country but most of the antimetics aren't available or i would have to get a prescription (which I can't really do).
I know you can take SN without any antimetics but I'll most likely vomit... Can I minimalize the risk of vomiting without antimetics? Should I just fast before? When I overdosed a bit on nicotine I didn't vomit when I didn't eat (I had a gag reflex tho) and I did when I ate before so would something like that work?

do your best trying to find antimetics, maybe you can find on darknet?

there are clearnet sites that have OTC AEs such as meto, i can DM if you would like. it would not be preferable to not take an AE as SN is a poison and your body will try hard to get rid of it. with a proper 2 day fast, perhaps marijuana (however if you have never even done it before this may not be a good idea), laying on your right side so the SN has less of a pathway back up the oesophagus, and luck, it may be possible to CTB with SN w/o AEs. there may be some threads on here that have more info, experience, or advice.

Nope, I just checked and you need a prescription. I also checked all the AE from the sources and they weren't available in Poland or you had to get a prescription

I will go with OTC drug aviomarin with dimenhydrinate, but I have no idea if it works.

What about aviomarin? I'm from Poland as well and got my hands on quite a bit of that, was really easy to get and very cheap (around 20pln). No prescription required, you can literally get it off allegro.

I was wondering similar. I can tolerate alot more than most I'd say. Being able to drink 150 proof vodka straight on an empty stomach or go shot after shot while my friends stopped long ago. I've only thrown up twice drinking extreme amounts of alchohol and I felt it probably would have been close to alchohol poisoning if I didnt. Does your stomach react the same to sn or is a diffrent reaction?
