Help Tips for outgoing trans MtF?

I've wanted to start going out a bit more lately, but in more obvious appearances that will convince people I'm female (clothing, makeup, etc). Though I know the risks that come with doing things like this and possibly the area I'm in too.
Anyone have any helpful tips I can make note of? I would be ever so grateful
