Gonna try to get my hands on some meto at some point. I will need it for my N. Gonna try different countries.
True story - when I was sick with covid, I lost my appetite and was quite nauseous for a good week or two after it to the point I couldn't take a bite without feeling like I would throw up; lost a lot of weight. Fake story - if I say to the doc/pharmacist that the symptoms linger and I want AE for that, will they buy that story? I figured since this is a fairly new disease and different people end up with all sorts of different symptoms, this won't raise many suspicions? What do you guys think. Or am I better off making up some story about GERD or diabetes lol.

You can go with your true story. I would add weakness you prolly know that.

Try online pharmacies if offline doesn't work out.

Thanks. Sorry for the dumb question but I have no experience buying anything from online pharmacies. I don't have a prescription obviously, won't they be asking for that? How does the process go usually?

You can also say you get nausea from migraines. This is what I used and worked fine.

I got my Meto from an online pharmacy with no script. I had to fill out a short online health questionnaire took about a minute. Their Dr. approved it and script was sent. Was very easy. I am in the US.

This is good to know. What kind of things did they ask in the questionnaire, like you didn't have to give them any info of your primary care doc or anything, did you? Also, was it just like a regular pharmacy that can be searched for on google?

I'm not from the states so. But you say the same story I add that my doctor prescribes this medicine meto etc for me when I get fever etc. As long as the meds aren't too risky they give me.

Just basic health questions. Mostly asking about any existing health conditions. Nothing hard. There was a spot for primary care info. but was optional. I left it blank. Yes,it comes up on Google.

Thank you for this. I think I may try my luck at online pharmacies then.
