  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

My note will act as closure. If there was no note, family members would be left with unanswered questions. I think I will make a list of the main points that I want to say such as 'there is nothing you could have done' and 'now I am free from suffering'. I think doing that may make my note more coherent.

it's hard to say, but if it's not too exhausting to accomplish, it could be a good idea to write something personalized to everyone you want to leave a final message to, so you're able to make sure you leave this world as understood as you possibly can.. i think with any piece of writing that has deep personal meaning, it might take multiple attempts before you feel like it conveys what you wanted to get out.. maybe try to start with making a short list of the main things you want people to know about, and then like go at it from there with a looser format with those points as a framework.. you could try getting recording personalized videos to yourself, pretending you're talking to the people you want to say goodbye to, maybe a verbal format like that will make it easier for your thoughts to come out and you'll feel inspired from that to find the right things to write.. :>

I would try to provide closure, although in my situation my family will know why. So mine will act as a comfort(I'll always be with you etc) partnered with explaining that there wasn't anything they could've done. I don't want anyone feeling guilty for my decision. Ill also provided my last wishes which will go with my will so that they don't have to stress and wonder what I would have wanted.
