Why am I unable to make a ticket on a site?

Is the selection available under the 'tickets' tab at the top right hand corner of the screen next to members, with a drop down box, 'open new ticket'?

If there is an issue, please raise a ticket LOL, JK.

We shall try and fix it if it isn't.

So I'm on mobile, the layout is a iot different, but when I click the down arrow to open the "dropdown" it only shows one option, "Your Tickets."

Yup, same for me. I cannot open a ticket, only "Your Tickets" appears.
