how do you stay awake and have energy to do tasks during the day ?

I haven't been taking iron for the past couple of months and it's starting to effect the amount of energy I have throughout the day again I should really start taking it again although I would not mind another 2 infusions because I like hospitals

I could sleep all day if I wanted to although it makes me sick
