My method is SN, hybrid half day of drinking meto then Xanax plus 3x meto, a weak antacid, ibuprofen and the nitrite.
Here is my note to my family, is there anything that I should add? Im a bad person and will be leaving a mess. I just want to give them a sense that they did not lack helping me or being there for me.
You cant see any telling signs, I hide it well. It was the logical thing to do to avoid further suffering. I did it because im out time. I already checked alot of possible outcomes in my life and saw all paths wont be compatible with my way of life. Im destructive and manipulative in nature. Remember our last good memories. Ultimately, I had all the support and love I needed, you're not lacking. Also please, I dont want any wake or 7 days of displaying my dead body. I wish to be cremated immediately. Also I have no money to leave, sorry. Our memories will serve as my wake. For this act, I wasnt alone, theres many of us in this world who exits early. goodbye, and dont forget to witness and celebrate life with everyone else.
P.S.
If theres a 4-D world as a soul repository that can interact in this world, I wouldnt use it. So dont look for signs that im around, I wont be giving you signs.
