Hell no, life is far too long. Sure, compared to an infinite amount of time of permanent non existence, life is short (it'd literally be infinitely short) but, whilst I am alive, every day spent on this existence is an extra day of suffering and, to me, trying to prevent suffering matters. To me, trying to escape life as early as possible matters because I don't want to suffer like how others do. I don't want to wage slave for decades just to suffer through old age. It's true in a sense! We all are going to die and we don't neccessarly have to reach old age specially these days, people are collapsing like flies at a young age. However because we don't know when I would like to just die early..

It would be nice if you could just like.. exist until your death, but you have to get a job (and a good, well paying job if you want to have a good quality of life), be a functioning member of society and all that stuff for DECADES which is absolutely draining and difficult if you're mentally ill/physically disabled, you just become miserable at some point. Like yeah, you're going to die eventually, but first you're gonna have to suffer for literal decades. Life may feel short when you enjoy it, but what if you don't? What then? You just suffer for decades because you're gonna die anyway? Yeah no, I decide when my pain ends.

Indeedy. I cba to photoshop it. However, for all we know the one of the right is choosing ignorance whilst their bubble, bias, experiences, hasn't been penetrated by societies problems. The person on the left is aware of the problems, is affected by the problems, therefore has no choice to look at that gloom, or ignore it and become another ignorant shill.

It seems to suggest that hanging on will result in a reward. We don't generally use patience to hang around for bad things to happen. I guess there's a relief that you didn't put your loved ones through grieving a suicide. Maybe they believe in heaven. You hated life so here's an eternity more of it. If it helps you though, great.
