I know mixing bleach and ammonia makes mustard gas or something like that, but could mixing them and then inhaling the gas be an easy way to CTB? How painful would it be? How long would it take? I'm a dumbass and I can't find any other methods that I can pull off, please give me answers.

Don't do it. It would give you very painful blisters, chemical burns, and eye damage. It isn't very fatal just very disfiguring and bad.

It produces gases called chloramines. It'll make you sick, but from what I've read not enough to kill you.
