Right. So I figure it has to be never cut my toenails. If my toenail situation gets bad enough I lose my ability to walk. Not ideal, but I guess I can get used to it. If my fingernail situation gets bad enough I'm missing out on a lot of fun stuff like scratching, holding things and not frightening away animals and children.
