You'd go crazy at how easy it is to get illegal vapes and za in my city lol, all you need to do is find a plug (sometimes they'll literally follow you) and dm them for shit and you can meet them at a location.

Sucks because it actually did start as a way to help heavy ciggie wiggies quit but unfortunately life gentrifies shit.
