I'm currently doing therapy but I just feel like it's not doing much. I have to do DBT because that's the type of therapy that will help me but like, it just feels like too much for me.I'm so sorry that you feel this way, i can see where this feeling came from, it's hard to love yourself when you're not loved or treated well, did you go to therapy before?
and..i think for this reason you deserve to go in the most peaceful way, you already had enough through your life that you're here now.
just please try to be softer on yourself, yourself always deserved to be treated gently, so when it's time, please give it the chance to rest in peace.

And don't worry about your English! It's not bad at all! Sometimes I can't even English properly and it's my native language haha
