Dude dont do this method its risky, just read the @Amz_Falls thread, she survived jumping.

Is no other way, pills are sketchy and I lost my gun. I am going to land on the cement 40 feet below. Is no grass or anything. I am nervous though about surviving. That's for sure.

Really bad idea. You could be successful but at that height you are running a very real risk of serious injury and survival.

Please do NOT jump off a 40 foot bridge. There's a good chance you won't die. You could suffer all kinds of things like paralysis, brain damage, you're going to break every bone in your body.

My grandfather's friend jumped off a 15 story building and died. You might want to look into something like that.

Like everyone else said the method is really risky from that height please wait and choose a better location. It's better to take the time to do the research than to jump off a building survive and never have the chance again

There isn't any real way to control how you land. You can't just decide to land on your head or something. You can't really control which way your body turns in the air. Once you jump, it's all just out of your hands.

I really recommend not doing this. Chances are, you will just injure yourself very badly. Possibly become paralysed or have injuries you can't heal from and will end up in a much worse situation. 40 feet is definitely not high enough, unless you're extremely lucky (unlucky?).

Maybe if you get cold feet it's because it's not the right time at that moment. That bridge will always be there so don't rush it.

I am waiting, I will go look at the bridge in the AM when is warmer. Tonight was not the night but soon.

The height I am not exactly sure. Prolly 55 feet. I know you cannot control how you fall but if I put extra weight near my head, then the chances of hitting head first are prolly higher right.

Do keep talking to people here to have a voice, and reading through the resources. Even falling off a plane is not a hundred per cent, personally I am a strong adviser against jumping and gun in the face. However small the risk of failure, IF it fails, you're completely and royally fucked.

Well in India where I m from people have died jumping from 4 the floor apt. Which is abt 20 m I guess give or take. Jumping and hanging are two common ways of ctb in urban India , rural people also rely on pesticide. But before u jump pl realize that SI is gonna be at the highest . hope u take a well researched decision. Wht ever u do may u have a safe journey. Hugs

Good on them to have died, couple of us go blue in the face saying there is RISK, not that nobody died. People die of falling over in the bathroom, that doesn't mean I'm throwing a banana peel on the floor and hoping for the best.
