I understand why you would be so relieved. I think that for many people it can be comforting having a way to end all the suffering. This life really is so cruel, unfair and horrifying. I envy those with the courage for hanging. I wish you relief from pain.

I hoe that are able to find peace somehow. I am a little curios about how you have mastered these methods. WIth partial people often pass out but wake up standing up later- it works sometimes, but not reliably it seems- several people on this site have failoed partial from 15 to 25 times, even though they typically pass out with each attempt. For full suspension, it seems to almost always work, though so far the only person here who has practiced this and survived had a partner rescue them- is that how you did this? Bolcking the carotid with partial is somethineg many people here have done, but how can you be sure to do this with full suspension? You sound very confident in this method, and I suspect this is with good reason if you are using full suspension, but some of the details seem unclear to me.

With blocking your carotid arteries, are you adding some extra padding or are you meaning that you have worked out the best position for the rope on your neck?

I'll make a small hole in the cloth and place it between the anchor knot and the slipnot (the neck knot). For it to work, the cloth has to be very wide and large.

I'm going with full suspension but what I meant is that I mastered blocking my carotid using full suspension instead of dying by suffocation.
For me, ot all came down to being progressively desensitised to the pain of pressure.

No. I use a silk rope because it slips easily and tights around my neck quickly. Sometime I even add oil for quicker result.

The velvet cloth looks really nice, and it's very kind to take precautions for the person that finds you after you are done. Seems that you're a kind and thoughtful person, hopefully the peace that you deserve is in your future, no matter which direction you go.
